Ques: Whenever I pray or do good deeds I feel that people are watching me so I try to perform it with perfection & thoughts like people will behave in a better way with me when they see me come in my mind immediately. Am i sinful ?


Ans: You must keep on fighting it and acknowledging that no human can reward you or benefit you and that only Allah’s pleasure that counts.

Whenever I pray in the masjid I get the feeling of showing off..What to do?

Forced to expose good deeds (fasting or night prayer), can we lie?


Should we hide our mandatory & voluntary good deeds? Is it Riya if we expose it and can we lie to conceal it?


If I advise my friends how to do good deeds, would it be exposing my own good deeds?
