Is Qadr created?
Qadr has two meanings: Allah’s knowledge and what Allah has decreed and created. Allah’s knowledge is not created and it is one of His attributes. It is Allah’s secret that no one knows of. What Allah has decreed refers to what Allah has created such as the actions of the people as Allah says: “while it is Allah Who has created you and all that you do?” Quran 37:96 The four levels of divine decree are known to be: Allah’s knowledge, writing it, willing it and creating it! And to three years ago, I have a short answer that was ambiguous and it was removed from the site to avoid any confusion! I hope this clears the issue!
