QUESTION:
What's the ruling on saying bismillah during subhi, maghrib, and ishaa. Does suffice to just say it in the first rakah after takbir and azkar. Like saying "awuzu billahi minashaiton: Minn nafhihi wa nafthihi wa hamzi. Bismillahi rahmani raheem" or do you say bismilah at the starting of every rakah but not aloud? or do you say it out loud in every rakah before Surah Fatiha?
